• Identify common processes, work practices and use equipment which can cause less injuries.
• Develop day by day work relevant action plans and initiatives to reduce injuries.
• Encourage employee wide ownership of safety issues
• Share knowledge and experience in developing safety management initiatives.
• Review the effectiveness of the interventions to ensure that long-term solutions are found.
• Provide and maintain a safe working environment.
